Some of our greatest gifts can come wrapped in the strangest of packages. It is my hope that I can recognize this more frequently and spend more time living fully rather than seeing life through a set of filters. I've unwrapped many strange packages in my life, disappointed at first…only to discover a real treasure.
I believe we should use and develop the talents given to us. The world would be a much better place for all of us if we spent more time giving of ourselves. It comes back to us in innumerable ways both subtle and boldly. If you waste your talents by keeping them in a "box", your box might get lost on your journey if not nurtured and loved.
It is difficult to love others if you don't practice loving in daily life. Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with ME!
